In this worker's compensation case the trial court found that plaintiff was entitled to benefits for temporary total disability and that defendants, Raymond International, the employer and its insurer, were arbitrary and capricious in terminating benefits. The court awarded penalties and attorney fees. Both sides have appealed, defendants contending plaintiff is not disabled and, in any event, they were not arbitrary and capricious in terminating...
