Petitioners are a group of nurses, members of the Washington State Nurses Association, filing as a class of individual participants in the Cabrini Hospital pension plan. The nurses have sued their employer (the Cabrini Hospital), their pension plan, and the plan's Trustees under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1461.
