At appellant's consolidated trial on two charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child, the jury found appellant guilty of both charges. In the first case, involving two separate assaults on the same child, the jury assessed punishment at confinement for 60 years and a fine of $5,000 for each occurrence (No. 500).
