He argues that the Michigan defendants, AAA-Michigan, a/k/a Auto Club Insurance Association ("ACIA"), and Auto City Auto Recovery ("ACAR"), had sufficient Illinois contacts for jurisdiction and that the trial court erred in restricting discovery.
