Larry King brought suit in superior court against Glenn Brooks, his supervisor, for intentional infliction of emotional distress. King's employer, the University of Alaska, was permitted to intervene. The superior court granted summary judgment in favor of Brooks and the University on the ground that Brooks' conduct towards King was not sufficiently extreme and outrageous...
