PER CURIAM.

Robert Lewis Buford appeals from an order reimposing the death penalty. We have jurisdiction pursuant to article V, section 3(b)(1), Florida Constitution.

Buford was convicted in 1978 for the rape and murder of a seven-year-old Polk County girl. The jury recommended life imprisonment, but the judge overrode the jury's recommendation and imposed a death sentence. This Court affirmed the judgment and sentence. Buford v. State,
