Charles White was convicted by a jury of assault in the first degree and armed criminal action. After finding White to be a prior and dangerous offender, the trial court, Stussie, J., sentenced White to two terms of twenty-five years' imprisonment to be served consecutively. Judgment was entered accordingly. White then filed a motion to vacate the judgment pursuant to Rule 29.15. After evidentiary hearing, the motion court, Provaznik, J., denied relief...
