ROBERTSON, Justice.

At the trial in the court below, concerning breach of an office lease contract, the jury found for appellant, after which the trial court granted a judgment notwithstanding the verdict. Appellant contends that the trial court erred in granting the judgment notwithstanding the verdict and that, as a matter of law, the jury's award of damages was inadequate.
