SHEEHY, Justice.
Plaintiffs (Cleasbys) appeal from an order of the Thirteenth Judicial District, Yellowstone County, granting defendants' motion for partial summary judgment. We affirm the District Court's order.
The Cleasbys raise two issues on appeal:
