Before the Court is a motion by The Union National Bank of Pittsburgh ("UNB") to dismiss this adversary action due to lack of subject matter jurisdiction.

UNB contends that the dispute between it and Mellon Bank, N.A. ("Mellon") neither arises in nor arises under a case under title 11 and that this adversary action consequently is not a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157...
