Jan and Myrtle Bloempoort sold their home on Sanibel Island to Peter and Wendy Burns. Of the several mortgages encumbering the property, the Bloempoorts retained a first mortgage in the amount of $39,000. Sometime later, Burns refinanced several mortgages...
