The motion of the defendant, Dennis Holveck, to quash his arrest and to suppress evidence arising from two separate incidents of sexual assault on minors was denied by the trial court in the circuit court of Cook County. The appellate court reversed and remanded for a new trial. (171 Ill.App.3d 38, 54, 121 Ill.Dec. 25, 524 N.E.2d 1073.)...
