On August 16, 1988, Suzanne Glarum Sullivan (Suzanne) filed an action in the Eleventh Judicial District Court, Flathead County, to dissolve her marriage. On December 6, 1988, the District Court ordered Clifford Leroy Sullivan (Clifford) to pay $600 per month for the parties' two minor children.
