Clyde E. Dickerson was convicted of interstate transportation of stolen property in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2314, possession of an unregistered firearm in violation of 26 U.S.C. §§ 5861(d) and 5871 and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Dickerson successfully appealed the district court's original sentence. United States v. Dickerson, 857 F.2d 414
