PER CURIAM*.

Appellant, Robert James Tennard, was convicted of capital murder, V.T.C.A. Penal Code, § 19.03(a)(2). Thereafter, the jury made affirmative findings to the special issues required by Article 37.071(b), V.A.C. CP. In response, the trial court assessed appellant's punishment at death. Appellant's cause is now before us on direct appeal pursuant to Articles 4.04, § 2, and Article 37.07(h), V.A.C.C...
