This action involves the issue of uninsured motorist coverage in an alleged "hit and run" accident. Petitioners, Sharon C. Bruce and her husband, John W. Bruce, brought this action against defendants, Rogers Oil Tool Services, Inc. (Rogers Oil) and National Union Fire Insurance Company (National Union) for injuries sustained on January 9, 1986.
