Leland Wisenbarger appeals a take-nothing judgment in his suit for medical negligence against Gonzales Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital, Inc. By six points of error, Wisenbarger contends that the trial court erred in including an instruction on unavoidable accident in the jury charge and in granting an interlocutory summary judgment for Warm Springs on his Deceptive Trade Practices...
