This is an appeal from a conviction for trafficking in cocaine over twenty-eight grams. Appellant initially asserts that the trial court erred in denying his motion for a judgment of acquittal. Next, he says that the trial court erred in refusing a requested instruction on entrapment. Finally, he says that the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss on the grounds that the informant was paid a contingency fee based on the amount of drugs...
