Defendants, T.L. James & Company, Inc. (T.L. James) and Highlands Insurance Company (Highlands) suspensively appeal an adverse judgment. The trial court awarded benefits finding that the plaintiff was temporarily and totally disabled as a result of an automobile accident on October 28, 1987, while in the course and scope of his employment and also awarded $5000 attorney fees and penalties for the defendants...
