MENCER, District Judge.

On August 15, 1988 Mildred Glick Friedman committed suicide. Plaintiff brings this action on behalf of the decedent's estate and the decedent's incompetent daughter, charging that defendant caused Ms. Friedman to take her own life. The case began in the Court of Common Pleas, McKean County, Pennsylvania, where a summons was filed on April 19, 1990. Defendant then removed to this court on the ground of diversity...
