PATTERSON, Judge.

On February 4, 1988, appellant pleaded guilty to three counts of second degree robbery. After determining that appellant had knowingly and voluntarily waived his right to a jury trial, the trial court sentenced him, as a habitual offender, to three concurrent life terms. He did not appeal these convictions. Appellant filed the instant Rule 20 petition with the trial court on February 28, 1990, raising several grounds for relief...
