Timo Haapanen, individually and as father and next friend of Timo Haapanen, a minor,1 filed an action against Mid-South Insurance Co. (hereinafter "Mid-South") and numerous other defendants, seeking to recover damages for conspiracy to defraud, breach of contract, and bad faith failure to pay an insurance claim.
