This matter arises on defendants' cross-motions to disqualify counsel. Defendants Charles E. Horton, M.D., Jerome E. Adamson, M.D., and John B. McCraw, M.D. ["the Horton group"], by their counsel Thomas J. Harlan, Jr., move this Court for an Order disqualifying Gregory Stillman, Esquire and the law firm of Hunton & Williams from representing Plastic Surgery Specialists, Inc.
