Tony Iafornaro has appealed an order of the judge of compensation claims dismissing his claim for benefits with prejudice. We affirm.

On October 19, 1986, Iafornaro filed a claim for benefits based on an injury occurring in September 1986. The claim was withdrawn on April 17, 1987, and refiled on April 29, 1987 by different counsel.
