OPINION

DUNN, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of aggravated sexual assault on September 7, 1988 and sentenced him to a 30-year prison term. On September 29, 1988, the court found appellant guilty of aggravated robbery and imposed a five-year prison sentence. The parties stipulated that the trial court would consider all evidence, trial records, and exhibits produced from the sexual assault hearing.
