PREWITT, Judge.

Following jury-waived trial defendant was found guilty of criminal charges of transportation of marihuana and possession of less than 35 grams of marihuana. He was sentenced to two years' imprisonment in the Department of Corrections and one year in the Greene County Jail with the sentences to be concurrent.
