KENNEDY, Justice.

The plaintiff, Larita Riggs, appeals from a summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Dick Bell and the Birmingham Metropolitan Area Skills Center ("BMASC"). We affirm.

The issue is whether, in opposition to the defendants' motion for summary judgment, Riggs presented evidence creating a genuine issue of material fact on the question whether the defendants were entitled to sovereign immunity under Article I, § 14, Alabama Constitution...
