WEBER, Justice.

In the District Court for the Twentieth Judicial District, Sanders County, defendant was convicted of two counts of felony assault. Defendant was sentenced to ten years for each count to be served concurrently, and determined to be a dangerous offender. Defendant appeals. We affirm.
