Defendant Tyrone Breckenridge appeals the district court's denial of his motion to dismiss count I of a two-count indictment. Count I charged Defendant with being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Defendant argues that count I should have been dismissed because he is not a person who has been convicted of a "crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year" within the meaning...
