Movant appeals after the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.

Movant, Ronald Balow, pled guilty on January 12, 1987, to two counts of fraudulent use of a credit device, two counts of forgery, and three counts of stealing over one hundred and fifty ($150) dollars.
