PER CURIAM.

Appellant Kimmell appeals from a summary judgment granted to appellees, who are the Justice of the Peace for Precinct One (Loeffler) and the County Attorney (Schmidt) of Gillespie County. The summary judgment denies Kimmell's claims for damages and mandamus relief arising from Gillespie County's prosecution of him for speeding.
