OPINION

NYE, Chief Justice.

A jury found appellant, Danilo Garza Garza, guilty of murder, aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault. Each offense was enhanced by two prior felony offenses. The trial court assessed punishment for each offense at life in the Texas Department of Corrections. Appellant's counsel filed a frivolous appellate brief in which he raises four points of error.
