Plaintiffs Martin and Betty Dunn brought suit in the District Court, Third Judicial District, Deer Lodge County, alleging breach of contract and bad faith against defendants Iowa Mutual Insurance Company and its claims adjuster John Way for failure to promptly settle a claim for damage to a camping trailer and its contents.
