Radislaw Blazic appeals from the denial of his petition, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, for a writ of habeas corpus by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Judge Robert Ward. In 1981, Blazic was convicted of murder in the second degree after a jury trial in New York State Supreme Court, New York County.
