CHRISTIE, Chief Justice:

This is an appeal from an order of the Family Court which determined the division of marital property following the divorce of the parties. The Family Court awarded sixty percent of the net marital estate to the wife and forty percent to the husband. The court also determined that the wife was entitled to receive attorney fees from the husband, even though she was represented in the divorce action...
