The government appeals from a sentence imposed under the Sentencing Guidelines. Defendant Paul Richard Russell pled guilty to two counts: (1) armed bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) & (d); and (2) using or carrying a deadly weapon during the commission of a crime of violence, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c).
