WADE, Judge.

The defendant, Deborah Mae Furlough, was convicted of first degree murder in the firearm slaying of her husband, Tim Furlough; unlawful use of a firearm in the commission1 of a felony; and the unlawful disposition of a body. A Range I offender, she received sentences of life, three, and three year sentences, respectively.
