The parties were divorced in 1979, and custody of their three children was awarded to the mother. The father was ordered to pay child support in the amount of $100.00 per month per child. After an ore tenus proceeding concerning the father's failure to pay court-ordered child support, the trial court found that the father was in contempt of court. The trial court found that the father's support arrearage, as determined in 1985, was $9,800...
