ARNOT, Justice.

This is a summary judgment case. Steven Patrick Musick and John Kenneth Musick, appellants, brought a declaratory judgment action each seeking to establish a one-fourth ownership in the "Revised Ted Musick Trust," an irrevocable spendthrift trust. Because their ownership in the trust had been previously litigated in a suit which had resulted in a settlement agreement, the trial court granted a summary judgment in favor of appellees...
