Stanley Ryun was convicted of burglary in the second degree (§ 569.170, RSMo 19861) and stealing (§ 570.030). Mr. Ryun was sentenced to four years incarceration for each of the two offenses as a prior offender pursuant to § 558.016, the sentences to run consecutively, for a total of eight years incarceration.
