ROGERS, Judge.

The appellant, Lucky Nowden, appeals his conviction at a bench trial of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), a violation of Ark.Code Ann. § 5-64-401 (1987). Upon conviction, the appellant was sentenced to four years in prison with three years suspended. For reversal, appellant argues that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction. We disagree and affirm.
