This cause is before the Court on cross motions of plaintiffs, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC"), Larry A. Dirr ("Dirr"), and defendant, Patrick Henry Education Association, et al., ("PHEA"), for summary judgment, the opposition and replies thereto. Jurisdiction is based upon 42 U.S.C. § 2000e.
