PER CURIAM:

The defendant was charged by bill of information with six counts of public payroll fraud in violation of La.R.S. 14:138. After trial by jury, he was found guilty as charged on all counts. The trial court sentenced him to concurrent terms of eighteen (18) months' imprisonment at hard labor on each count. The court suspended the sentences and placed the defendant on active probation for eighteen (18) months. On appeal, the Fourth Circuit affirmed the defendant...
