PER CURIAM.

The petitioner was convicted of two counts of theft of property and sentenced to six years for one charge and eight years for the other, to be served concurrently. The Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed the conviction in an opinion not designated for publication. Brooks v. State, CA CR 88-290, 1989 WL 111707 (September 27, 1989). The petitioner now seeks permission to proceed in circuit court for post-conviction relief pursuant to Rule 37.
