Plaintiff has appealed the trial court's granting of defendant's motion for summary judgment. The issue before us is whether the trial court was correct in resolving that there was no coverage available under the policy of insurance issued by defendant, Cumis Insurance Society, Inc. (Cumis), to its insured, Kenneth D. Ward (Ward). We affirm.
