The Murrco Agency, Inc. obtained a judgment against Alex Ryan based on conversion of funds and breach of contract involving misuse of proprietary business information. Murrco also obtained a judgment against Debbie Dickens for misuse of proprietary information. Murrco was awarded attorney's fees to be recovered from Ryan and Dickens.
