ON REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

PATTERSON, Judge.

Pursuant to the decision of the Alabama Supreme Court in Exparte Hill, 557 So.2d 838 (Ala.1989), holding that Hill's inculpatory statement was not voluntary and that its admission into evidence at trial deprived him of a fair trial, the judgment of the circuit court is reversed, and this case is remanded for further proceedings.

REVERSED AND REMANDED...
