This matter comes to us on remand from the Court of Appeals on the issue of forum non conveniens. On remand the parties have submitted extensive affidavits and supplemental briefs. For the reasons stated below, on the record presented, we conclude that dismissal on forum non conveniens grounds is necessary and appropriate.
