BARZ, Justice.

Appellant Craig Scheckla, appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict rendered in the Sixteenth Judicial District, Rosebud County, awarding respondent Mark Melotz damages for breach of warranty. We affirm.

Scheckla raises the following issues on appeal:

1. Did the District Court abuse its discretion by allowing admission of an exhibit at trial when the court had earlier imposed discovery sanctions which prohibited the admission...
