Sambrano sued Lumbermen's and Highlands Underwriters Insurance Company in a worker's compensation suit. Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 8306 et seq. (1967 & Supp.1990); Tex.R.Civ.P.Ann. 166-A (1976).
